Digital goods
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable once a file has been downloaded, except where the law in your country requires otherwise.
When we do refund
- The item does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same item.
- You have not downloaded the item and ask within 14 days of purchase.
EU and UK customers
At checkout you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
How refunds work
Contact us with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your PayPal account or card. When a refund is issued, the download access and licence keys for the refunded items are deactivated.
