Licence terms

Template — review with a lawyer before launch. These terms apply to every product bought from Vault Product. Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the item. You do not buy ownership of the item or its copyright.

Personal licence

Use the item in one end product for yourself or a single client, where the end product is not sold or used to generate revenue.

Commercial licence

Use the item in one end product, for yourself or a single client, that can be sold or used commercially.

Extended licence

Use the item in an unlimited number of end products for yourself and your clients.

What no licence allows

• Reselling, sharing or redistributing the item itself, alone or in a bundle, even if modified.
• Uploading the item to marketplaces, theme/template libraries or file-sharing sites.
• Claiming the item as your own work.

Fonts

Font licences cover desktop use, web embedding and use in the licensed end products. Embedding fonts in apps or games needs the Extended licence.

Licence keys

Themes and plugins may include a licence key. Activations are limited per tier as shown below; local and staging domains do not count.
