Our Policy on Digital Products
Due to the immediate, irreversible nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and the product link is sent. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be “returned,” and we are unable to prevent their future use after they have been downloaded.
We encourage you to review the product descriptions, previews, and software compatibility requirements carefully before making a purchase to ensure the product meets your needs.
When a Refund May Be Issued
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, primarily under the following circumstances:
- Irreparable Technical Issues: If a file is corrupted or fails to work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you. You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase with proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots).
- Product Not as Described: If a product is materially different from its description or preview. We may ask for evidence to support your claim.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once. We will refund the duplicate transaction.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You bought a product by mistake.
- You do not have the correct software to use the product.
- You feel the product is “not what you expected” (unless it is materially different from its description).
